Originating from Hamilton, Ontario Katherine graduated from CDI College in 2008 with a diploma in massage therapy. Having 12 years of experience gives Katherine a wealth of knowledge in dealing with the human body. Her skills range from therapeutic, deep tissue, pre/postnatal, hot stone for relaxation.
Prior to attending college, Katherine worked with the Equestrian Association for the Disabled and volunteered with therapeutic riding for all ages. She competed within Dressage Niagara and the Hamilton Hunt Club during this time, gaining valuable insight and imperative experience to bring to her clients. Whether they compete in the Equestrian world or have a physically active lifestyle, her massages provide relief to chronic pain or to assist in your current healthy standard of living.
In 2008 Katherine moved to Alberta where she fell in love with the mountains and the outdoor regime that came with the community. Spending many years working in the Banff/Canmore area. She found a place to settle down and raise a family in Cochrane. There was no question this was a perfect fit for the balance Katherine was looking for. She moved here a few years ago and is doing just that with her husband and daughter.
With a balance of home care, lifestyle management and massage she hopes to improve the overall health of her clients and help them to live a pain free life. Katherine loves meeting new people and is looking forward to helping her clients live the best life they can.
